Keema is
nothing but minced meat of any type. Chicken Keema Balls are generally used as
starters or used to go along with drinks. It surely tickles the taste buds and
I love it spicy. There are many variations of chicken keema balls, however this
is the most simplest one and I added a little of Soya sauce to make it more Indo
– Chinese.

Procedure
Take the
minced chicken or we can use chicken cut into small pieces. Take any water that
oozes out of chicken.
Marinate the
chicken with chopped onions, one beaten egg, little corn flour, chopped green
chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, coriander powder, chilli powder and
pepper powder for an hour or so.
Make small
balls of this and deep fry them to golden brown.
Later, in a
wok add chopped garlic and finely chopped chillies and sauté for a minute or
two on low flames. Don’t allow the garlic to turn brown. You may add a little of
MSG (upto your taste) and 1tsp soya sauce.
Add the keema
balls to it and toss it for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with
spring onions and mint – coriander leaves. Your Chicken keema balls are ready
to serve now.
